I'm worried about the problem of deforestation.
ReplyDeleteFor example, when the downpour in the mountains begins, this layer is washed away directly into people's homes, of course they break and people now have nowhere to live. .When they cut down the forest, the animals are also left homeless. In my opinion, people who cut down the forest are murderers. This is one of the environmental problems of our city. And I think this problem should be removed.

ReplyDeleteNuclear weapons are a huge problem not even for countries that risk getting attacked, but even for countries that own the weapons because there was 2 nuclear accidental explosions while weapons were transported. The only right way to fix this problem is to destroy all the weapons or don’t use them at all. For you to understand, let’s say that we need 3 nukes to completely wipe out the city out of existence, then we can destroy all the cities in the world and still will have 1500 bombs left... now that’s what experts call overkill.

I think that the fires in California are a big problem. One of my dad's friends was a firefighter and died fighting them, another one of his friends house burned down. I think this is a big problem because it is killing people. Burning down their houses and making the air quality really bad. This is bad because then people that have health problems can't go outside, work and go out shopping for food ect.

My environmental issue is forest fires. I chose forest fires because they are making an impact on Colorado right now. There are multiple fires near the mountains and we are getting lots of smoke from the California fires. These fires are causing homes being taken from animals, smoke is affecting us/our lungs, and Forests are burning up in flames and nature is dying. This is why fires are my interest for environmental issues.

ReplyDeleteAre environmental issues here in Colorado are the wildfires that burned over 200,000 acres of land up in the beautiful mountains of colorado. The reason that it is an issue is because wildlife have died in the fires, peoples homes have been destroyed. There have been ashes falling from the sky in Boulder, Fort Collins, Vail and Aspen Colorado that ive seen with my own eyes. So as you can see the environmental issues in Colorado were pretty severe.

What worries me the most is the problem of park pollution. When I walk in the park, garbage is every where. People do not clean up after them selves and saturate the environment. On the grass are plastic bottles, paper, glass. Throughout our lives, people have turned our world into a landfill. Never worry about the environment, although it can be harmful to health. Many people throw garbage just like that, but the change should not only be thrown away in special places, but also sorted by containers. I am very worried about the current global warming happening. This is because if we don’t do something about it water levels will drastically rise, flooding cities towns and beaches. Also if we don’t figure something out icecaps, home to many species of animals will go extinct because that is there home. I am very grateful for companies such as Tesla (Tesla is helping by reducing the amount of pollution that we put in the air by a large amount.) and Excel Energy (Excel energy is pushing for a Energy based future)

The issue that scares me the most is us overfishing the oceans. It is expected by 2050 there will be more plastic in the ocean than fish in the sea. That would be terrible for the environment. This would affect the whole ecosystem, first it would affect the fish eaters, then the mammals and eventually US!!! We are so dependent on fish, other mammals, and even bugs and we don’t even know it. This really makes me sad because it means we are ignorant to how our actions affect things that eventually affect us. I really hope these predictions are wrong.

Well there are many environmental issues to care about but i think the main one is plastic in the ocean or pollution in general. I feel this is important because they feed into many of the important environmental issues we have today. I'm worried about the problem with the cars. Less wave is used and the fact that cars pollute the air, and the fact that they cause many serious accidents. For example, not so long ago I saw two broken cars near my house. And before I saw the accident itself. In the same place! Once my friend broke her arm while whispering in an accident. In our yard, one cat's tails moved🥺 I thought it was necessary to maintain traffic rules so as not to endanger my life and the lives of others.

Today, an environmental problem that worries me a lot is the use of protective masks. Earlier in Ukraine so many masks were not used, but the Coronovirus changed everything.
ReplyDeleteDisposable protective masks, gloves and disinfectant bottles that we use during quarantine pollute the environment en masse.
Gauze masks or fabric masks are not dangerous in themselves and will dissolve in a landfill in a few years. But blue medical masks last much longer.
And also about disposable rubber gloves, which are recommended to use in the subway. And wet wipes, which disinfect hands when there is no water and soap.
It turns out that one person in a month leaves a lot of garbage, which will decompose for several hundred years.
This situation upsets me a lot. Because, I want to breathe clean air, eat healthy food and water. I'm sad to see birds die because of masks, tangled paws in ear loops.
If I could, I would suggest using reusable (more dangerous to the environment) masks, as well as, throwing the mask in the trash - cut the strings from the masks so that birds do not get confused in them.

I do not argue that under the bridges and so on it looks quite atmospheric, but I think it should be done in special places, not somewhere in the city. So, I think that there should be appropriate places for this, because even on a clean and in a good place, someone will still write or draw something.

DeleteI think there are many problems in the world. But my biggest concern is the plastic problem. There is a lot of plastic in our life and it's not very good. As a rule, the terms of decomposition of plastic products can reach 1 thousand years. At the same time, plastic bags, which we often use in our everyday life, can decompose from 100 to 1,000 years, and plastic bottles - from 450 years or more. Plastic pollutes our nature, our forests, our lakes, rivers, seas and oceans. But in many countries, the trend is to recycle plastic. This will significantly reduce the emission of plastic to the outside world. And after a while, there will be less plastic in our lives, in our nature, in our forests, in our lakes, rivers, seas and oceans.

DeleteIn my opinion, over the last century, everything has changed a lot with the environment for the worse. Namely, forests began to be cut down on a large scale, the air was polluted, and the streets were littered. The climate began to change. It is very bad. Trees and rivers and lakes dry up this summer. The Dnieper, which flows in Kyiv and divides it into two sides, is becoming more and more polluted every year. This year I went swimming on the Dnieper, but on the shores a lot of bulls, glass, traffic jams. There are good beaches that are cleaned, but they are quite few. I believe that Kyiv residents should at least sometimes go out on Saturdays and clean the Dnieper beaches. If this is not done, then the river will simply dry up soon. People need to be taught to gather after picnics. Do not leave rubbish and unquenched fire.

I am worried about the problem of barbarism and "bullying". I can give many examples, and this worries me. something like this can be seen even in playgrounds, and not infrequently. I think that we use too many fossil fuels. It is damaging our environment and eventually it will destroy our ozone layer. So I think we should switch to electric cars only.

One environmental issue is forest fires. They take a long time to put out when they're big, they can ruin forests and destroy animals' homes. They also require animals to adjust to new habitats, and face new predators. Fires also release lots of smoke that pollutes the earth.

my family and I often went to the forest for berries and mushrooms. And every time I notice what a dump people have turned into a beautiful forest. Garbage is everywhere. It knocks out our planet.
I want that to change. And that when people came to the forest, they were clean, beautiful and green.
I hope that in the future everything will go for the better and people will change their attitude to nature.

DeleteI am interested in the fires happening all around America because it's destroying homes of animals,people and forests also the smoke is covering over the mountains in colorado which means the fires smoke is affecting air quality. Sorry if this is not good

This is very dangerous, because the fire can spread to villages. And it will take many years for everything to recover. Yes, last year a fire destroyed many forests and even villages. It took a long time to stop the fire. The forest is our treasure, it gives us not only oxygen and fresh air, but also wood, which is used to make furniture and paper. What worries me the most is forest fires. I am very concerned about the lives of wild animals. For example, in August I saw some dark smoke near our house. I ignored it first, but a few minutes later I was shocked. There was a huge fire with much smoke in the forest which I can see out of the window. Unfortunately, there was nothing I could do to help, and this forest was about ten kilometers away. I was very worried. At that moment I thought about many things. The life of animals, animals, birds in that forest, their homes, the little baby animals, the trees and flowers. I worried if they would survive the fire. I read in the news that some careless people did not like the dry grass and wanted to get rid of it, but they were careless about the lives of plants and animals. From then on, I began to think more about the lives of others. The Earth is home to all of us: humans, plants and animals. We see pollution of water, air, the environment and we understand that it is very serious. I'm really worried about the problem of littering nature. People do not care about the environment and litter it. Garbage is thrown on the road or in the grass, water bodies and forests are littered. Even in the parks a lot of dirt.
